Patient: Hello doctor, I have had a horrible cough and fever for the last four days, and now it hurts on my right side when I breathe in. I have a cough that brings up thick rusty-coloured phlegm. It started four days ago. The pain is sharp, on the right side low down, and it catches me when I take a deep breath or cough.
